OPENING CEREMONY - 6 July, 19:00 | Aula Magna di Santa Lucia
Teams will be asked to arrive at the venue between 17:00. and 18:30 at the latest. Special transport will be provided to take teams from the hotel to the venue.
Programme includes:
- Welcome speeches by the Rector, Mayor of Bologna, EUSA Representative, and National Authority
- University teams parade with national flags and university banners
- Athletes' and referees’ oath
- EUSA flag raising and anthem
- Video tribute to Bologna’s basketball legacy
This evening, dinner will be served until 23:00.
AWARD CEREMONY - 13 July, 21:00 | Palacus
Programme includes:
- Welcome speeches by the OC President and EUSA Representative
- Referee recognition and ECO GAMES Award presentation by Hera representative
- Fair Play Award and MVP Award presented by EUSA and host country officials
- Announcement of the All-Star Team (5 top athletes)
- Men’s and women's tournament: bronze, silver and gold
Athletes must wear official university clothing and medallists must be available for media interviews.
CLOSING CEREMONY - 13 July, 21:25 | Palacus
Programme includes:
- EUSA Anthem and flag lowering
- Flag handover to the University of Zadar, host of the 2027 Championships
- Speech from Zadar representative
- Formal closing declaration and farewell remarks
This evening, dinner will be served until 23:00.
